Chef Myles Donaldson — formerly of Noble Rot and St John Bread and Wine — delivers a daily-changing contemporary British menu of three starters and four mains, each course including a vegetarian option. The light-filled dining room opens onto a courtyard garden where the tomb of plant collector John Tradescant provides an unlikely centrepiece for alfresco dining.
