Since converting fully to plant-based cuisine in 2021, the kitchen delivers two tasting formats — a five-course Petit Dîner and eight-course Grand Dîner — showcasing classical French technique without animal products. The atmosphere is warm and refined rather than formal, with candlelit rooms, soft music and discreet service across three elegant floors. Five private dining rooms accommodate celebrations and business events from six to forty guests. Optional wine or non-alcoholic pairings complement each course. A 3 AA Rosette destination proving that luxury gastronomy and ethical dining are entirely compatible.
